Trey Boling, MHSA
Preceptor: Jill Graziano, MBA, BSN, RN
Trey Boling was born and raised in Tonawanda, NY, and completed his Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management and Master of Health Services Administration at D’Youville University in Buffalo, NY.
During his experience as an Administrative Assistant at a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) with Kaleida Health, he gained critical insights into value-based care models and population health management, particularly focusing on addressing healthcare disparities among low socio-economic populations. His work in the PCMH setting exposed him to innovative care coordination strategies, interdisciplinary team approaches, and the importance of comprehensive patient-centered care that extends beyond traditional medical treatment. Passionate about transforming healthcare delivery, Trey is committed to improving patient outcomes and reducing systemic inequities in healthcare access and quality. As an Administrative Fellow, he continues to leverage his clinical and administrative expertise to drive meaningful change in healthcare organizations.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Trey maintains a balanced lifestyle by traveling, playing basketball, working out, watching movies, listening to music, and cherishing time with his family and friends!

Audrey Dunn, MPH
Preceptor: Jennifer Eslinger, MBA, FACHE
Audrey Dunn is a native of Rochester, NY and calls this community her home. She earned her Bachelor of Science with Honors in Biology from Niagara University, followed by a Master’s in Public Health with a concentration in Health Services Administration from the University at Buffalo. Driven by a deep-rooted desire to make a meaningful difference in her community, Audrey combines her public health background with a forward-thinking perspective on healthcare operations and care delivery.
Audrey is passionate about delivering proactive, holistic care as part of a comprehensive health system approach that is accessible and treats the entire patient – physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. As an Administrative Fellow, she is dedicated to improving patient outcomes by standardizing best-practice workflows, addressing challenges in patient throughput and participating in strategic efforts to refine the way care is delivered now and into the future.
Outside of her professional life, Audrey is a certified yoga instructor who enjoys spending time in nature, reading self-development books, working out – whether through yoga, weightlifting, or running – and sharing meaningful time with her family and friends.

Elijah Hendrix, MHA
Preceptors: Renee Demski, MBA, MSW and Erin Lemcke-Berno, MPH
Elijah Hendrix grew up in Olean, New York and attended Ohio University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration. Immediately following graduation, Elijah pursued his Master of Health Administration from The Ohio State University. During his time at OSU, he completed his administrative residency at OhioHealth, where he worked on various operational initiatives in the supply chain, logistics and sterile processing departments.
Elijah is passionate about driving high-quality, equitable care for patients by leveraging strategic planning and applying innovative ideas. As an Administrative Fellow in the Quality Safety Institute and Physician Enterprise, he is excited to learn about the intersection of service line operations and strategy with system quality goals.
Outside of work, Elijah enjoys working out, skiing, paddle boarding, playing piano and making memories with family and friends.
